Windows Mobile competition - Sony presents Mylo 2 at CES 2008

The emerging mobile technology is creating devices that are direct competition to Windows Mobile powered devices. These rich with features, enhanced devices like Internet tablets or even mobile phones are getting closer and closer to the market target groups for WM powered devices, thus creating indirect but significant competition.

The Sony Mylo 2, like its predecessor, is a portable internet communicator. This one is more powerful, but it's still a freak of nature. It throws in a few internet functions here, some media player features there, and tops the thing off with a camera.
Sony Mylo 2 features:

• Flash Lite 3 (capable of playing back YouTube videos, for example)
• Netfront-based browser, AIM / Gtalk / Yahoo IM support
• Skype support, podcast and RSS aggregator and an expandable widget panel with access to Google, YouTube, Facebook and other web 2.0 sites
